Reorganize your Android Home Screen with these easy steps

We download a lot of apps onto our smartphones. After a while, however, your screen starts to get super cluttered and it becomes more and more difficult to find the apps that you use regularly. Androids make it super easy to clean up your screens by deleting apps and giving your Home Screen a whole new look.

Why should I tweak my Home Screen?

You do not have to stick to the default that your Android gives you. The best thing about smartphones is that they are customizable. If you have lots of apps on your Android and want to organize them better, you can change the size of your app grid so that all your apps can fit better.

Or if you want to replace the launcher (the app that displays your home screen, widgets, and app drawer), you can do that too. The possibilities are endless, and they all lie within your Home Screen Settings.

How to tweak your Home Screen settings on your Android

  • Long-press on a blank area of your home screen
  • Select Settings
  • Select Home Screen
  • A list of settings will appear that you can change on your Home Screen
