The sequel to the 2019 film Joker follows Arthur Fleck after being institutionalized and awaiting trial for his crimes as Joker. While struggling with his dual identity, Arthur not only stumbles upon true love but also finds the music that’s always been inside him. The film stars Joaquin Phoenix and Lady Gaga.

Janet Planet 

Janet Planet is coming to Max on November 1. This drama follows 11-year-old Lacy as she spends the long summer at home in rural Western Massachusetts with her mother and three strangers. The film stars Julianna Nicholson, Sophie Okenedo, Elias Koteas, and Will Patton.

The Apprentice will be available to rent or buy on Apple TV+ beginning November 1. The film tells the story of a young Donald Trump, eager to make his name as the hungry second son of a wealthy family in 1970s New York. He then comes under the spell of cutthroat lawyer Roy Cohn, who sees Trump as the perfect protege. The film stars Sebastian Stan, Jeremy Strong, and Maria Bakalova.

Wizards Beyond Waverly Place 

Fans of the Disney Channel hit show Wizards of Waverly Place will be thrilled to know that the sequel series, Wizards Beyond Waverly Place, will be premiering on Disney+ on October 30. The show is about a powerful young wizard named Billie who is sent to live in the mortal world with the only wizard teacher who can help her control her powers – Justin Russo. The show will see the return of original cast members Selena Gomez and David Henrie, who also serve as executive producers. Other original cast members returning include Jake T. Austin, Maria Canals-Barrera, Gregg Sulkin, and David DeLuise.

Despicable Me 4 

Despicable Me 4 will be available to stream on Peacock beginning October 31. The sequel to 2017’s Despicable Me 3 and the sixth overall installment in the Despicable Me franchise, this film follows Gru as he welcomes a new member to the family, Gru Jr. However, their peaceful existence soon comes crashing down when criminal mastermind Maxime Le Mal escapes from prison and vows revenge against Gru.

Time Cut is a new movie coming to Netflix on October 30. It tells the story of a teen in 2024 who accidentally time-travels to 2003, days before a masked killer murders her sister. She then embarks on a journey to see if she can change the past without destroying the future. The film stars Madison Bailey and Antonia Gentry.

The Diplomat will return for a second season on Netflix on October 31. This season will follow US diplomat Kate after a deadly explosion in London that her husband turned out to be involved in. The show stars Keri Russell, Rufus Sewell, David Gyasi, and Allison Janney.
