“I’m still receiving CyberGuy emails in my spam folder. What else can I do?”

If you are still having issues with having our emails appear in your spam folder, here are some additional steps to improve this:

1) Whitelist My Email Address:

  • Add my email address to your email provider’s whitelist or safe sender list. This ensures that my emails are recognized as legitimate and not marked as spam.
  • Look for an option like “Add to Safe Senders” or “Whitelist” in your email settings.

2) Check Spam Filters:

  • Review your email account’s spam filter settings. Sometimes, aggressive filters can mistakenly classify legitimate emails as spam.
  • Mark any of my emails that end up in the spam folder as “Not Spam” or move them to your inbox.

3) Regularly Check Spam Folder:

  • Make it a habit to check your spam folder periodically. If you find any of my emails there, move them to your inbox.
  • Some email providers allow you to set up rules to automatically move specific emails to your inbox.

4) Report False Positives:

  • If you consistently find my emails in the spam folder, report them as “Not Spam” to your email provider. This helps improve the accuracy of their spam filters.

Remember that email providers continuously update their algorithms, so it’s essential to stay informed about any changes or new features they introduce. If the issue persists, consider reaching out to your email provider’s support for further assistance.
