Job Description

Associate Digital Producer

CyberGuy is seeking an experienced and highly knowledgeable Associate Digital Producer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep love and understanding for technology products and how things work.  

The Associate Digital Producer role that we are looking to fill is a manager who has a deep understanding of tech tools (Wordpress, Mailchimp, Canva, Frame.io, YouTube, SEO) and processes. Our ideal candidate should be detail oriented and love and understand tech including topics ranging from AI and the latest gadgets to how tos on how you adjust settings on your devices. This role will help manage and most importantly review the accuracy of our consumer tech-content.

Remote full-time staff position after initial period for those eligible to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• You have 2-3 years of experience in digital production (preferably with digital agency experience)
• You have top-notch planning, time management and organizational skills
• You’re comfortable navigating/learning a variety of digital tools
• You have a strong understanding of video production, editing, and post-production processes
• Experience with social media management and content creation
• You have great attention to detail and can review, edit and write copy in a clear and compelling voice
• Ability to work well under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Passion for technology and a desire to stay up-to-date on the latest trends and products.
• Quick learner when it comes to digital tools with experience in:
  • WordPress
  • Canva
  • Mailchimp
  • Frame.io
  • YouTube
• You are curious and able to source facts and information with thoroughness and accuracy
• You are proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable
• You have great attention to detail
• You rely on data to make informed decisions
• You work well under pressure and with proven leadership capabilities in an environment with a lot of moving parts
• You can think strategically and solve problems independently
• You are resourceful and able to get answers when none are apparent
• You have a flexible schedule able to meet the demands of a fluctuating tech news content production schedule

• You will assist SVP, Digital with:
  • Content review and feedback of articles and video
  • Daily document prep for our syndication partners
  • YouTube video management
  • Wordpress article updates
  • Thumbnail creation
  • Content management, organization and reporting
  • Newsletter preparation
  • Test and verify all work
