One of the new holiday movies that’s come out this year is Candy Cane Lane, which was released on Prime Video on December 1. Starring Eddie Murphy, it tells the story of a man who makes a deal with a mischievous elf who then casts a spell to bring the 12 days of Christmas to life, causing chaos for him and his family.

Based on the beloved story from Dr. Seuss, it takes us back to Whoville where every Who is preparing for Christmas except for the Grinch, who sits alone at the top of his mountain and plots how he’s going to steal everyone’s gifts.
